Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Clove experience. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contact@cloveskincare.co within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund if eligible.

Note:

  • All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.
